How and when do I get my checks?
Owner disbursements are issued on a regular schedule, generally after rent is collected and expenses are reconciled; you'll receive detailed financial statements with each distribution. -
How is rent collection handled?
We provide multiple rent payment options including online portal payments, enforce lease terms for late payments, and proactively pursue delinquencies to protect cash flow and asset value. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Standard leases are typically 12 months, but we offer flexible terms based on market conditions and owner preferences to optimize occupancy and returns. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

How soon can you start managing my property?
